If neither of the required <br />requests is received by the due date, the DRMS will request a surety increase for the entire 9.9 acres. The <br />enclosed 2015 bond update summary estimates the new bond to be $39,000. Detailed costs can be provided <br />upon request. <br />Summary and Recommendations: <br />1. Some reclamation has occurred on site, but the Division has not received a request from the Operator <br />to claim credit for this effort. <br />2. The financial warranty has not been updated since 2003. Within 30 days of this report, the Operator <br />must request either: <br />a. A surety reduction for reclamation performed, or <br />b.
