6.0 Land Disturbance and Reclamation
6.1 Summary of 2014 Disturbance
NS increased the overall disturbance acreage by 20.7 acres in 2014. The total disturbed
acreage reported in 2013 was 67.1 acres. The increase in 2014 total disturbance was due
to the undertaking of the 2014 RDP project, addition of 2 new production well pairs (81-1 &
14H), addition of two water supply wells (WSW -3 & WSW -4), and the construction of
pipelines required to support newly added water supply and production pair wells. Table 7
lists the disturbed acreage as of December 2014.

6.2.1 Regulatory Activity
In 2014, all required reports were submitted in a timely manner. Required forms were
submitted to the appropriate agencies regarding all activities pertaining to the new wells
drilled & associated plugging and abandonment operations.
