The maps provided as part of the Amendment submittal depict utility poles within <br />the permit boundary. The Division is currently reviewing the geotechnical analysis which was submitted to <br />demonstrate the stability of the proposed reclaimed slopes. Comments regarding the <br />stability analysis will be forthcoming. <br />In addition to the materials included in the original application, the applicant is supplying a letter <br />from Brierley dated February 10, 2015 that supplies additional geotechnical information. <br />12 <br />
