Please correct the
description on page 5-7 soit is consistent with the requested change in PMLU.
DRMS 02/25
: References to the PMLU were removed from the introductory paragraph.
This item has been satisfactorily addressed.
DRMS 12/08
2.:The first paragraph gives the disturbed area as being 37+acres. Please
revise this section to reflect the acreages shown under 2.05.2(2), above.
DRMS 02/25This item
: The reference to the size of the disturbed area was removed.
has been satisfactorily addressed.
DRMS 02/25(New)
3.: Map 5-7 Disturbed Areawas submitted with the response package.
Please amend the first paragraphof 2.05.4to direct the reader to this map.
2.05.4(2)(b) –Reclamation Cost
DRMS 12/08
1.:The current reclamation cost estimate approved in RN-4 has five
remaining reclamationtasks with an estimated cost of $84,714.36; however, the permit
states that there are no known remaining reclamation obligations and that DRMS is
required to maintain a minimum bond of $10,000. This paragraph in the permit (page 5-
7) does not reflect thecurrent reclamation cost estimate and implies the remaining state
held bond is $10,000.
