A response package, dated January 28, 2015, was received from Savage and Savage, on <br />behalf Oakridge Energy, on February 2, 2015. <br />The Division has reviewed the revised materialsfor conformance with the Act and Rules. Our <br />initial adequacy commentsare repeatedbelow, and are updated to reflect the current status of <br />each. Only a few minor items remain to be addressed. <br />2.04.10–Vegetation Information <br />DRMS 12/08 <br />1.:Please amend this section of the APD to include information regarding <br />the new PR-01 reference area. <br />DRMS 02/25:This item has been <br />Pages 4-18 and 4-19 were revised as requested. <br />satisfactorily addressed. <br />2.05.2(2) –Operation Description <br />DRMS 12/08 <br />1.:The acreages reported in the table do not correlate with the acreages <br />determined by the Division in 2014.
