February 11, 2015 C- 1994- 082/Yoast Mine JHB <br />Due to the soft snow conditions, and the difficulty of snow shoeing in the half slushy- half crusty conditions, no <br />attempt was made to access the ponds on the east side of the mine. <br />No problems were noted with the drainages, YPM 5 -1, YPM 6 -2, YPM 6 -3, YPM 7, YPM -4, YPM 3 -2, YPM 14. <br />Drainages were snow covered. Other drainages were not accessible. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />SCC does not regularly plow the permanent access roads on the reclaimed mine site. Snow drifts were <br />covering the main access road from Routt County Road No. 27. The inspector did not try to drive on this snow <br />covered roadway. LU -5 near Pond 13 was not plowed. No access was attempted on this roadway. <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE- Rule 4.12: <br />The regraded slope north of Pond 12 was mostly free of snow. This slope was not sloughing and appeared <br />stable.
