Please revise Maps -001to comply with Rule 2.10.1 <br />Map King II-007 Operation Plan and Surface Features has a scale of 1 = 200. This scale makes <br />differentiation of the various featuressomewhat challenging. Please update the map to reflect <br />current conditions (including removal of the temporary office trailers), and increa <br />perhaps to 1 = 150 or 1 = 100. <br />Rule 2.10.2 Permit and Adjacent Areas requires that a map be sub <br />among each of the phases during which coal mining operations have been or will be condu <br />Minimum distinctions to be made are listed in (1) thru (3)of the rule. Maps King I-001and King <br />II-001 are each entitled Permit and Adjacent Areas, but neither ormation <br />required by 2.10.2. Please revise these maps to present the req <br /> <br />4.03 Roads <br />Roads are addressed in Sections 2.05.3 of the permit text. Permanent man-made structures <br />are identified in the Subsidence sections (2.05.6) of the permit <br />plans were developed to minimize adverse effects upon structures, and satisfy the <br />requirements of this rule. <br /> <br />4.05.8 and4.14.3 Acid-forming and Toxic-forming Spoil <br />Underground development waste for the King II mine was not deter-forming or <br />toxic-forming. <br /> <br />4.11.4 Disposal of Non-Coal Waste <br />The Division was unable to find where the permit text addresses sal of non-coal waste. <br />Please amend Sections 2.05.3 to address the requirements of 4.11 <br /> <br />4.12 Slides and Other Damage <br />4.12(2) requires that the Division by notified any time a slide <br />adverse effect on public property, health, safety, or the environment.
