To: Connie Nickel Davis
From: William Rodman
November 22, 2002
Upon reviewing this document I am requesting the following change. The document
states that you have replaced my well and supply me with supplemental water.
The fact is the replacement well with your operation in progress does not pump what the
original well did. The document should state that your company will upgrade the replace
well to meet the pumping capacity of the original well. In other words when the water
lever rises as the ponds fill back up you will upgrade the pump to give me the capacity
from the well without the use of supplemental water.
I realize this may not take place immediately after you stop mining, and that you will
continue to supply me with make up water. Before your company leaves the site and is
no longer responsible I want my well back to the pumping capacity it had before the
operation began.
