Applicant: William A. Rodman Page 3 <br />Permit no.: l� S"8Xy -F <br />b. The maximum pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 gallons per minute. The <br />simultaneous maximum pumping rate of this well and well no. 13762 -F shall not <br />exceed 50 gpm <br />c. The contained maximum annual amount of ground water to be appropriated by this <br />well and well no. 3597 -F shall not exceed 15 acre -feet. - <br />d. This wail and well no. 3597 -F are restricted to domestic, stock watering, and the <br />irrigation of 5 acres in the NE % of the SE % of Section 35, Township 6 North, Range <br />66 West, 6"' P.M. <br />e. Totalizing flow meters must be installed on this well and well no. 3597 -F and <br />maintained in good working order. Permanent records of all diversions must be <br />maintained by the well owner (recorded at least monthly) and submitted to the <br />Division Engineer upon request. <br />f. The well shall have been constructed and shall be maintained in accordance with <br />variance no. 2000 -148A, granted by the Board of Examiners of Water Well <br />Construction and Pump Installation Contractors verbally on October 4, 2000, -and <br />confirmed in writing on October 12, 2000. <br />g. The owner shall mark the well in a conspicuous place with appropriate well permit <br />numbers, name of the aquifer, and court case numbers. He shall take necessary <br />means and precautions to preserve these markings. <br />h.
