-26- <br />g) reviewing materials relating to the Secured Notes and engaging and <br />corresponding with counsel in Ontario (Canada), British Columbia (Canada) <br />and Colorado (U.S.) with respect to the validity of the security interests and <br />charges created in favour of the Trustee in the Applicants' real and personal <br />property, as applicable, by way of the Security Documents, and reviewing the <br />Opinions obtained in connection therewith; <br />h) assisting the Applicants in preparing for and conducting the Meetings; <br />i) assisting the Applicants with the review and resolution of various claims <br />asserted in and outside of the claims process set out in the Claims Procedure <br />Order; and <br />j) responding to enquiries from creditors regarding the Plan and the claims process <br />set out in the Claims Procedure Order. <br />CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION <br />83. The current Stay Period granted by this Honourable Court under the Stay <br />Extension Order granted on December 22, 2014 currently expires on March 1, 2015. In order to <br />allow the Applicants sufficient time to continue towards their restructuring goals and implement <br />the Amended and Restated Plan, the Applicants are requesting that the Stay Period be extended <br />to April 1, 2015. <br />84. It is the Monitor's view that the Applicants continue to act with due diligence and <br />in good faith and have not breached any requirements under the CCAA or any other Order of the <br />Court. <br />
