Since then, some of the more significant matters that the <br />Monitor has been involved in, and assisted with, include, but are not limited to the following: <br />a) posting various materials relating to the CCAA Proceedings on its website <br />http://cfcanada.fticonsulting.com/cline and continuing to update the website by <br />posting, among other things, the Monitor's reports, motion materials, and <br />Orders granted in the CCAA Proceedings; <br />b) maintaining a toll free hotline number (416- 649 - 8099/1 -855- 398 -7390) and a <br />dedicated email inbox (cline@fticonsultin .com) to allow creditors and other <br />interested parties to contact the Monitor to obtain additional information <br />concerning the CCAA Proceedings and responding in a timely manner; <br />c) participating in numerous discussions with senior management of the <br />Applicants and the Applicants' legal advisors in connection with the <br />Applicants' business and financial affairs, generally, and in connection with the <br />preparation of the Applicants' cash flow forecasts; <br />d) participating in numerous discussions with the Applicants and the Applicants' <br />legal advisors in connection with matters related to the Plan, the Amended and <br />Restated Plan, the Claims Procedure Order and Meetings Order; <br />e) assisting the Applicants with the review of the Applicants' receipts and <br />disbursements, the preparation of cash flow forecasts and the reporting thereon; <br />f) preparing and delivering the Monitor's Second Report in accordance with <br />Section 23(1)(d.1) of the CCAA, and this Monitor's Third Report; <br />
