The report was received on November 17, 2014. The rule requires that the ARR be <br />filed by February 15 for the previous calendar year. <br />a. Name: Lorencito Canyon Mine <br />Address: 12250 Hwy 12, Weston, CO 81091 <br />Permit 4: C1996084 <br />b. 0.0 acres were disturbed during 2013. There appears to be a typographical <br />error on the report form where the Cumulative Total and Last Year's <br />Cumulative Total values for Acres Disturbed are given as 155.9 (should be <br />155.6) <br />c. 0.0 acres were backfilled and graded during 2013 <br />d. 0.0 acres were topsoiled during 2013 <br />e. 0.0 acres were seeded during 2013 <br />f. No maps were enclosed with the 2013 report. The most recent ARR map is from <br />2012 which can be viewed in conjunction with the table from that report to see <br />when different areas were seeded.
