TR -04
In June of 2014, a revision was submitted modifying the existing permit in order to address the
following issues:
1) Provide the as -built details for the 6 water wells that have been installed downstream of the
waste rock/tailings piles at the mine. This is provided in a revised Appendix 15.
2) Add some additional disturbed area near the old building in the low area north of the portal
to allow equipment storage there. The area is currently in the permit area, however it was
not in the disturbed area. There are no wetlands in the area to be used. All narrative for this
addition is submitted as a new Appendix, which is Appendix 16. New Mine Plan maps
included to show this use.
3) The use of the Atlas tailings /waste storage area will be needed concurrently with the
Revenue Pile, since we may need to store imported topsoil there, as well as provide an area
for wintertime placement of tailings since the avalanche path prevents activity on the
Revenue Pile during months when an avalanche could occur. For this reason, there is a bond
increase, which has been calculated. All of the narrative for this use is in the revised Mine
Plan pages of Appendix 16 and the revised bond calculation of Exhibit L.
As part of this Revision, Maps C -2, C -3, C -4 have been changed.
TR -05
In December of 2014, a revision was submitted modifying the existing permit in order to address the
following issues:
1) Provide information on the thickener which is proposed as an outside structure near the mill
building.
2) Add a new concrete apron outside the filter building with a trough, sump and pump to
ensure that no tailings slurry from the 2 filter bays or other chemicals leave the filter
building area.
3) Revise the chemical list for the chemicals stored on site for the milling process.
Revenue Mine January 2015 TR 05 i -6
