The mine limits within the Veldman Property is approximately 84 -137 acres. The ongoing <br />reclamation currently taking place within the Veldman Property is being conducted in one <br />phase. <br />4.5 Approximate Timetable <br />Reclamation in the Veldman Property is expected to complete by Deeefabe- 2n' ^mid 2015, <br />depending on construction progress, weather delays, etc. Reclamation of the various phases <br />within the Ditullio Property is expected to occur concurrently with mining operations and be <br />completed by December 241- 52016, depending on product demand and market conditions. <br />The sequence of reclamation at the Ditullio Property is expected to occur as follows: <br />• Phase 5 <br />• Phase /pond 3 <br />• Phase /pond 4 <br />• Phase /pond 1 <br />• Phase 2 <br />Phase 1 is approximately 5.8 acres and is located in the south central portion of the Ditullio <br />Property. Phase 2 is approximately 12.5 acres and is located due east of Phase 1. Phase 3 is <br />approximately 16.8 acres and is located due north of Phase 1 and 2, in the north middle of the <br />Ditullio Property. Phase 4 is approximately 69.6 acres and is located in the northwest corner <br />of the Ditullio Property. Phase 5 is approximately 9.2 acres and is located due east of Phase <br />2, in the southeast corner of the Ditullio Property. <br />Phase 5 mining is alraest complete and will -behas been backfilled with strippings from Phase <br />3. Phase 4 will be partially backfilled and followed by reclamation in Phase 1. Phase 2 is to <br />remain unlined, and will fill with fines developed over the course of mining operations. <br />4.6 Mining Map <br />Figures ED -1 —and ED -32 show the various phases within the Ditullio Property. The <br />deposit is approximately 4 to 18 feet thick. Overburden is approximately 0 to 10 feet thick, <br />and is being stockpiled for backfilling. The approximate mining direction will be from <br />southeast to northwest, as the operator deems most efficient. <br />The stratum beneath the alluvial sand and gravel consists of bedrock.
