4. Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />4.1 Mining Methods <br />There is no change in mining methods from the original Three Bells permit M- 1979 -191. <br />4.2 Earthmoving <br />There is no change in earthmoving procedures from the original Three Bells permit M -1979- <br />191. <br />Resources on the Veldman property have been depleted. Earthmoving in the Veldman <br />property will consist of reclamation activities <br />All earth moving due to mining activities will occur on the Ditullio property. Earth moving_ <br />across the Cache la Poudre River will occur via a conveyor s stem. The west end of the <br />conveyor bridge is located approximately 20 feet from the southeast corner of Phase 4 The <br />east end of the conveyor bridge is located ap proximately 20 feet from the southwest corner of <br />Phase 3. The approximate location of the convevor bridge is shown on Figure D-1. <br />All site access to the Ditullio property on the east side of the Cache la Poudre River will <br />occur via the permitted access road on the southern portion of the Three Bells Mine All site <br />access to the Ditullio property on the west side of the Cache la Poudre River will occur <br />through the Kehn Don Construction Inc. site located immediately to the west of the Ditullio <br />property. There are no truck or equipment crossings over the Cache la Poudre River. <br />4.3 Water Diversions and Impoundments <br />There is no change in water diversions and impoundments from the original Three Bells <br />reclamation pen-nit M- 1979 -191. <br />4.4 Size of Work Areas <br />The size of the largest area in the Ditullio Property to be worked on at one time is Phase 4. <br />The mine limit encompassing Phase 4 is approximately 69.6 acres. <br />The other Ditullio Phase mine limit areas are approximately: <br />• Phase 1: 5.8 acres <br />• Phase 2: 12.5 acres <br />• Phase 3: 16.8 acres <br />• Phase 5: 9.2 acres <br />GEI Consultants, Inc. <br />12 dwRe January 20145 <br />Three Bells Mine Reclamation Permit Amendment <br />
