2.05.6 Mitigation of the Impacts of Mining Operations <br />(3)(b)(v) <br />Hydrologic Reclamation Plan <br />No hydrologic reclamation plan is proposed since there are no identified <br />hydrologic impacts. <br />(3)(b)(vi) <br />Locations <br />The location of each water diversion, collection, conveyance, treatment, <br />storage and discharge facility is presented on Maps 8 and 18. <br />(3)(b)(vii) <br />Restoration of the approximate recharge capacity <br />In accordance with Rule 4.05.12(3), the loadout operation will not impact <br />the approximate recharge capacity of the permit and adjacent area. <br />Reclamation will restore the approximate premining recharge rate. <br />(3)(b)(viii) <br />Supplemental PHC Information <br />The probable hydrologic consequences discussion presented above <br />indicates that; 1) no adverse impacts on or off the proposed permit area <br />will occur to the hydrological balance; and 2) no acid forming <br />contamination of groundwater or surface water supplies will occur. <br />Therefore, no supplemental PHC information is required. <br />(3)(c) Permanent Entry Seals <br />No applicable to the unit train loadout seals. <br />Permit Application 2.05 -66 01/12 <br />
