2.05.3 <br />Topsoil will be removed by rubber tired scrapers with the assistance of tracked <br />dozers or a track mounted backhoe and truck equipment spread. Topsoil material <br />generated from the initial disturbance will be placed in the stockpiles shown on <br />Map No. 16, Surface Facilities. A topsoil stockpile will be located on each side of <br />Reed Wash.
