Report year ending December <br />31, 2014, was the first year of production from the Longmont Operation, with material extraction <br />occurring in and around the area initially disturbed in 2013. Extracted material is conveyed east, <br />across Boulder Creek, for processing at an adjacent Aggregate Industries site operated under <br />Permit No. M -1989 -029 — Longmont Distel Operations. <br />Approximately 26.25 acres at the Longmont (Tull) operation were disturbed in the Phase <br />Two Mining Area as of December 31, 2014, including extraction of material for <br />processing and removal of topsoil and overburden from areas to be mined in 2015. As <br />overburden is removed from future mining areas, it is being placed as backfill within <br />completed mining areas along the western boundary adjacent to Boulder Creek.
