Rob Zuber reviewed <br />the photographs and compiled this report on January 26, 2015. <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE — Rule 4.09 <br />Placement; Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br />The West Taylor Fill and East Taylor Fill were inspected. No erosion or other problems were identified. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE — Rule 4.18: <br />Many elk were seen in the reclaimed West Pit. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />In the aerial photographs, the following ponds were inspected: <br />• Ponds along State Highway 13 - Streeter, Gulch A, Prospect <br />• Ponds in the East Pit reclamation area - EP I, EP2, NTEP1, PD I, and PD2 <br />• Ponds along Taylor Creek road — West Taylor, East Taylor, West Pit <br />• Ponds near the main facility — Work Area, Wash Bay, evaporation ponds. <br />In these photographs, the embankments look stable and no other problems were seen. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 5 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />
