Imported material: Characterization '° <br /> A. Potential Sources: Sources wouid generally consist of construction'sites where the`riative <br /> material is unsuitable for placing structures or roadways on top of. This.could include <br /> material from our own job sites or sites that other contractors are woi icing on and are <br /> purchasing other suitable materials from one of our pit sites. <br /> B. Graduation Generalization: Fill material may be six inch minus material and most typically <br /> will be two inch minus material consisting of clay, sand or general fill dirt. All loads are <br /> inspected for trash and other unacceptable items and the loads are rejected if these items <br /> are present. <br /> C. Largest size: As noted above.the material_will typically be smaller than two inches. in size. <br /> At times, we may receive ro:'ky material but the material would not exceed 2 feet in size. <br /> D. Organic Content: The majority of the material will be free of organics; however, some <br /> material may contain grass strippings, which should not affect the fill site. <br /> 2. Final Contours: The reclamation map that is on file correctly depicts the final contours <br /> expected for the site after mining is complete The current and post mining grading directs all <br /> run off from the north to the south, directed to onsite stormwater ponds.. <br /> 3. Potential Sinkholes: All foreign materials that coufid potentialry'create void's in the fill viriff'be <br /> rerriovred'fr'orn'any material placed in the mined area. Typically, the fill material is being placed <br /> .,„.;.; ,.iinto the mined area from the top of the slope. The material fills at its natural angle of repose. <br /> CQmplete,compaction of the area will.be.achieve4 by..the long term use of theaarea as an asphalt <br /> materials storage yard. Once backfilled the entire mined area is subjected to constant heavy <br /> truck and equipment traffic.
