-8- <br /> approve the same and cause them to be paid. <br /> The Superintendent under the direction of the <br /> Board of Directors, shall have authority to settle all disputes <br /> relating to the distribution and delivery of water, and it shall <br /> be the duty of the Secretary at all times to furnish to the Sup- <br /> erintendent a list of any and all persons entitled to the use <br /> of water in the ditches, and shall keep the Superintendent ad- <br /> vised as to those persons to whom water should not be delivered <br /> by reason of default in payment of assessment, interest, penaltie• , <br /> costs and charges thereon, and the Superintendent shall keep a <br /> book in which he shall enter all such information for his guid- <br /> ance in the discharge of his duties. <br /> Section 7. In the event any officer or employee of <br /> the company should be unable for any reason to perform the duties <br /> of his office, the Board may appoint an assistant to the officer <br /> who shall then perform the duties of such office until such time <br /> as the regularly elected officer is able to perform. <br /> ARTICLE IV <br /> STOCK <br /> Section 1. The Capital stock of the Citizens Animas <br /> Irrigation Company shall be as provided in the Articles of In- <br /> corporation, having heretofore been issued or approved as here- <br /> inafter set out.
