The Reclamation Plan Map must be <br />revised to include the following elements: <br />a) The name of the Applicant. <br />b) The map must be signed by the person who prepared it. <br />c) Give the date prepared. <br />d) Label the permit boundary. <br />e) Include a north arrow. <br />f) The map must include a scale. Alternately, the Applicant can specify the length of each <br />side of the permit boundary. <br />g) State the average thickness of replaced overburden; you may make a note on the map that <br />states how much overburden will be replaced. <br />h) State the average thickness of replaced topsoil. <br />i) Show the gradient of all reclaimed slopes (horizontal: vertical) sufficient to describe the <br />post -mine topography. <br />j) A label which indicates the map corresponds to the Reclamation Plan. <br />As previously mentioned, if you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies <br />prior to the decision date (January 9, 2015), it will be your responsibility to request an <br />extension of time to allow for continued review of this application.
