Local traffic was directed to cross by the <br />crossing guards. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The tamarisk trees on the north side of pond 11 were cut and treated. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Permit boundary markers were in place along the northern boundary of the mine between 2700 Road and <br />pond 12, north of pond 13 and along the western boundary from pond 13 to pond 15. <br />The permit boundary south and east of pond 15 is marked with flagged survey stakes. The signs are on order and <br />will be installed later. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil was being hauled from the topsoil stockpiles near the facilities area to stockpile 12 northeast of <br />pond 11.
