EXHIBIT A: <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> This legal description is for a proposed mining operation on the Iron& Wm. Richardson Lode <br /> Claims in Gilpin County, Colorado, 0.4 miles east off Co. Rd. 279 on Druid Mine Road. <br /> Nevadaville Encore, LLC, P. O. Box 1442, Central City, CO 80427, (303) 681-1111, attaches <br /> this legal description and location map as "Exhibit A" for a Limited Impact (110d) Operation <br /> Reclamation Permit No. M-2014-066 application with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety. <br /> This proposed project lies within Township 3 South, Range 73 West, in the NE 1/4 '/4 of the NW 1/4 <br /> of Section 23. The areas of anticipated disturbance are within the easternmost 500 feet of the <br /> Richardson Lode Claim, U. S. M. S. No. 233, and 185 feet near the center of the Iron Lode <br /> Claim, U. S. M. S. No. 572. <br /> Adjacent land owners are the Bureau of Land Management, and Red Wing, a start-up mining <br /> company based in Idaho Springs, owns the nearby patented mining claims within 200 feet of the <br /> proposed area. The BLM has been notified of the proposed project and given a copy of the first <br /> submittal of the (110d) permit application. Red Wing will be notified along with the public upon <br /> approval of this permit. Also a notarized letter has been sent to Xcel Energy for review and <br /> return to DRMS and the applicant. The letter is a Structure Agreement of an appropriate <br /> engineering evaluation stating that the proposed operation will not damage nor have any negative <br /> affect on the three-phase power line which runs 100 feet east of the easternmost boundary of the <br /> proposed operation. <br /> gat,/ - Pd , D .
