Therefore, exposure of ground <br />water must not occur during or after mining operations. <br />® Other: The applicant shall continue to work with the Division of Water Resources to obtain a <br />Livestock Water Tank designation for Pond 5 pursuant to §35 -49 -101 through 35-49-116, C.R.S.
