The special use permit shall be approved for excavation, processing, and stockpiling <br /> only, as well as for one hot-mix (asphalt) plant and one concrete batch plant, all within <br /> the 323± acre areas within Sections 33, 34, and 35, Township 20 South, Range 63 <br /> West, as described in and depicted on Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the Special Use Permit <br /> No. 2006-020 staff report dated December 6, 2006. Processing shall be restricted to <br /> materials excavated from the site, and shall not include materials from other sites. <br /> There shall be no blasting permitted in association with the approved uses. <br /> 2. Hours of operation for the permitted use shall be limited to Monday through Saturday, <br /> and sunrise to sunset. Should the applicant wish to extend the hours or days of <br /> operation, the applicant must apply for and obtain an amendment to this special use <br /> permit, through the public hearing process. <br /> 3.
