December 11, 2014 C- 1981 -035 /King Coal Mine MLT <br />FISH and WILDLIFE — Rule 4.18: <br />• Deer tracks were plentiful at the King 11 facilities, particularly at the northeastern corner, near <br />the topsoil stockpile. <br />• We came upon the remains of a mule deer carcass in the undisturbed timber west of the King <br />II topsoil stockpile. The three -point buck, still in velvet, appeared to have been killed and <br />devoured by a mountain lion late this past summer. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(l): <br />Permitting records are stored in Tom Bird's office at the King II facilities.
