I have included his <br /> review points that need to be addressed in the order presented so the questions and answers will <br /> be in the same document for easy reference. <br /> 29) Please address and respond to the following 1 I questions asked in the memo from DRMS's <br /> staff. <br /> Mr. Hays Memo points <br /> 1. Please update the stability analysis to include surcharge loads from structures,roads(Monaco <br /> Street), gas well facilities, topsoil stockpiles and any other appropriate loads. <br /> A stability analysis, using DRMS recommended parameters, including surcharge load <br /> point of 1000 Ib/sf for Monaco Street and a 6 foot tall safety berm was included in <br /> the model. See Figures 1 through 4 & 6 in the attached report. <br /> 2. Please clarify if the 200 foot offset from the City of Thornton Reservoir slurry wall if from the <br /> centerline of the slurry wall, eastern toe of the slurry wall embankment or other reference point. <br /> Please update and mining and reclamation plan maps accordingly. <br /> No mining will take place within 200 feet of the eastern most point on any part of <br /> the slurry wall or dam structure owned by the City of Thornton.
