The damage <br />does not appear to be the result of the mining operation. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03; Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6): <br />The operator was applying water to the Life of Mine road at the time of the inspection. All of the haul and access <br />road observed appeared to be graded and maintained. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Trapper Mine is currently being nominated for a Colorado Mining Association Award for obtaining Phase III <br />bond release on 1,391.3 - acres. These acres are associated with the SL7, SLIO and SL13 bond release applications. <br />Given this, the Division took pictures of representative areas from these bond release parcels to aid in the <br />nomination process. <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED: 1.)
