• 2.05.3 of 18 %. The road is used to access the batch weigh system and to monitor pond K. This existing light use road will not be reclaimed. During 1999 a light use road was constructed to access a drill site in Freeman Gulch. A vent opening will be developed on the drill site, therefore the light use road will be utilized to monitor the vent opening and site. The light use road is approximately 2,600 feet long with an overall average grade of 5 %. The first 1,600 feet has an average grade of 10 %. The next 300 feet has an average grade of -16 %. The next 350 feet has an average grade of 7 %. The next 200 feet has an average grade of -8% and the final 150 feet has an average grade of 6 %. There are two 50 feet segments and one 200 foot segment of the road where the pitch grade exceeds 20 %. The drainage area above the point where this road crosses Freeman Gulch is less than one square mile. An 18 -inch diameter culvert will be installed where the light use road crosses Freemen Gulch. This light use road will be reclaimed. Light use roads will be constructed to access drill pads for Gob Vent Boreholes. The roads will be constructed in accordance with rule 4.03.3 and the general guidelines listed above. The layout of the roads are presented on Map 9 Hydrological Monitoring Location Map. The entrance for the road is from 4365 Lane. The road parallels Old State Highway 133. It is approximately 600 feet long with a uniform grade of about 1.5 percent. During late 2003 a light use road was constructed to access the material _ storage area_ located-east-of the old power plant, south of pond C.
