Inspection Reports (August and September 2014), Exhibit 2.04 -E3 (Methane Drainage <br />Well Information and Borehole Abandonment Reports), DRMS Guidance Document - <br />Methane Drainage and Monitoring Wells, Section 2.05 - Reclamation Plan, 2013 Annual <br />Reclamation Report, Map 2.05 -M1- General Facilities GVBs, and Exhibit 2.05 -E3 (CBM- <br />1 Degasification Well Drill Pad SAE (including "typical" drill pad SAE drawing) <br />A total of 36 GVB's were evaluated as part of this inspection. In addition to the GVBs, <br />the Team also inspected Dewatering Pad (Well #1, #2), and a fire monitoring borehole. <br />The Team's field notes associated with each inspected borehole are summarized in the <br />table below. <br />GVB # <br />Status <br />Notes <br />19 -09% <br />Notcapped <br />Thistle.
