The area is approximately .6 acres, is bordered on the north and east by roads, on <br />the west by the mine and the south by the irrigated pasture reference area. This action will be considered an <br />incidental boundary change. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Knapweed needs to be treated north of topsoil pile F and by Pond 15. <br />Tamarisk (salt cedar) needs to be treated by culvert 109 and around Pond 11 (photo 6). <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The permit boundary was walked to verify permit boundary signs and mine identification signs at all mine <br />entrances. The following signs and markers need to be installed: <br />Mine Identification Signs: gate at facilities area by truck shop, gate to soil stockpiles by facilities area needs to be <br />rotated toward the county road (photo 7), where the permit boundary turns north on BB road at the Guire property <br />and the sign at the southeast entrance gate on the Staats property needs to be updated (south of irrigated pasture <br />reference area). <br />Permit Boundary Markers at: the north /south fence east of topsoil piles E and F, on the northeast corner of the <br />permit boundary on the Goforth Property by the horse corral, the eastern fence line from BB Road to Tuttle Draw, <br />the northern boundary from 2700 Road to Pond 13, from Pond 15 through Enstrom Draw to Pond 11, southwest of <br />topsoil pile B, around the sump /power pole SE of Pond 7 and the fence line along the Staats property south of <br />stockpile H. <br />Stream buffer zone signs are needed in Enstrom Draw. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil stock pile F and G had signs, the ditches were maintained and bales were in place for SAE'S. <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS /COMPLIANCE <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />
