The Division requested updated Maps 18, 26, and 32 to be consistent with the disturbed area boundary approved under MR -162. BRL submitted revised Maps 26 and 32; we did not receive an updated Map 18. Please update Map 18 to include the disturbed area boundary (in the vicinity of Topsoil Stockpiles D and E) approved under MR -162. 21. The Division requested that BRL update Maps 15 -3, 20, 21 -1, 21 -3, and 32 to remove the designation of the "West Coverfill Footprint" that has been approved as the East Drying Area of Gob Pile #3, remove the "Topsoil Stockpile F1" designation, and label the remaining Topsoil Stockpile as "F" so that the maps are consistent with the diagram presented on page 4b of Volume XI of the permit application package. BRL revised the maps as requested. During the Division's December 2, 2013, the North and South coverfill stockpiles were observed to be constructed as one large stockpile (see photo excerpt below).
