We began each evaluation by walking through the reclaimed areas. During each walk, Jared <br />Ebert collected data at various contour elevations with a hand -held Trimble Yuma to ensure <br />AOC (backfill and grading) had been achieved. At all the sites visited, final contour blended <br />well with the surrounding landscape. <br />Drainage Control <br />All Sites <br />Per comments in the pending SL -14 Phase I bond release; Trapper Mining Inc. has indicated that <br />all major drainages within the SL -15 bond release block will be excluded until full stabilization <br />of those drainages can be achieved. <br />All participants expressed confidence that this bond release would be approved. <br />Please address any questions concerning this report to Spencer Shumate, Natural Resources <br />Specialist, jshumate @osmre.gov or (303) 293 -5046. <br />
