I will revise the estimate to reflect this comment as well as your comments of November 21, 2014 <br />and transmit a revised estimate to BRL. The revised estimate will include all of the revisions approved to date. <br />After BRL has reviewed the estimate, if there are no further comments, the Division will initiate a surety increase <br />permitting action (SI -1) for the Bowie No. 2 Mine permit. <br />The hearing and notice requirements of Rule 3.02.2(4)(b) will apply to the surety increase permitting action. After <br />the Division's public notice, there will be a 30 day comment period at the close of which BRL must post the <br />additional bond. The Division approved an increase rider for the Bowie No. 2 Mine today, so we currently hold <br />$12,446,699.61 in corporate sureties. Most likely, BRL will have excess bond posted when the surety increase <br />becomes final. <br />Susan L.
