These <br />fines will compact, at a rate commiserate with the nature of the fines._ We know of no <br />equipment that can be used to compact this type of material so no compaction will take <br />place in Phase 1 other then the natural compaction that occurs as the wet material fills <br />the hole. <br />6.4.6 EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map <br />16) Please see the attached memo from DRMS's Staff.,The response <br />to the memo may address this adequacy item, DRMS will notify the <br />Applicant /Operator if-any inadequacies remain after reviewing the <br />response to DRMS's memo. <br />The Reclamation Plan, and Exhibits E-1, E -2 & E -3 will be updated showing the new <br />Phase 2 slurry wall location and setbacks once we know what they are from the revised <br />Geotechnical Analysis. <br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S - Permanent Man -made Structures <br />20) In general, the response was adequate, however DRMS will <br />continue its review of the Geotechnical Stability exhibit pro- <br />vided in your adequacy responds letter. <br />Thank you. <br />6.5 GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT <br />21) Please see the attached memo from DRMS's Staff. The response <br />to the memo may address this adequacy item, DRMS will notify the <br />Applicant /Operator if any inadequacies remain after reviewing the <br />response to DRMS's memo. <br />Albert Frei & Sons has asked Deere and Ault to revise their report to include the items <br />discussed in Mr. Hayes memo. I have addressed the points in the same manner and <br />format as this adequacy letter. Some responses defer to the new Deere & Ault analysis. <br />General Comments and Questions <br />27) Please address the attached objection from City of Thornton. <br />DMRS is in the process of reviewing the Geotechnical Stability <br />Analysis submitted by Deere and Ault. Please review and respond <br />the attached Memo from DRMS staff. <br />Deere and Ault Consultants is in the process of addressing the DRMS memo and I will <br />get that to you as soon as we have it. Ben Frei called Ed Lanyon on 12/1/14, he said <br />they plan to withdraw their objection during the first week of December. As soon as we <br />have a copy we will forward it to the Division. <br />28) Do to the complicated nature of this permit application and <br />adequacy responds, DRMS requests that the Applicant /Operator <br />address all changes to the Mine Plan and Reclamation Plan in the <br />
