We are required to <br />send this letter to you as part of the application process. It <br />contains a date by which you will need to file any comments with <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology for them to be considered <br />during this permitting process. The proposed mine is known as the Franson Pit, M- 2014 -051, is located at or near the NW% <br />Section 31, T -5 -N, R -48 -W, 6th P.M., Yuma County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is October 2014 and the proposed date of completion is 2029.
