A __ <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) has reviewed your submittal received on <br />November 14, 2014 in which you provided responses to DRMS's adequacy review letter dated October <br />24, 2014. Responses are fully adequate for the following comments: 1, 2, 6 through 9, 10, 12 through <br />14, 17, through 19, and 22 through 26, our follow -up comments are shown below 3 through 4, 9, 11, 15, <br />16, 20, 21, and 27; and we provided new comments, which are 28 and 29. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C - Pre - mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />3) Please see the attached memo from DRMS's Staff. The response to the memo may address this <br />adequacy item, DRMS will notify the Applicant /Operator if any inadequacies remain after <br />reviewing the response to DRMS's memo. <br />4) Please see the attached memo from DRMS's Staff. Please commit to monitoring groundwater for a minimum of 1.25 years prior to <br />affecting alluvial groundwater.
