November 13, 2014 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine JLE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ute #1 pond was dry and not discharging. The primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. The <br />embankment was stable and vegetated. <br /> <br />No Name Ponds #2, 4 and 5 were observed. Each pond was holding water and discharging. The new stand-pipe <br />primary spillway at No Name #4 pond has been installed. Pond #4 has been cleaned. The embankments were <br />stable and vegetated. <br /> <br />Far East Buzzard Pond was dry and not discharging. The primary and emergency spillway was clear and <br />functional. The embankment was stable and vegetated. <br /> <br />Coyote Pond was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The <br />primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br /> <br />Impoundment H was holding water but was not discharging. <br /> <br />The industrial waste pond was holding water and discharging. The embankment was stable. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Development drilling sites 2013-AE3, 2013-AE6, 2013-AE2 were observed. These sites have been graded and the <br />salvaged topsoil has been spread over the sites. According to Mr. Roberts, these sites had not been seeded prior to <br />the inspection. Overall the sites appeared stable. <br /> <br />The pad area at development drill site 2013-AE4 has been graded. Trapper is using this former pad area as a <br />portion of a light-use road corridor. <br /> <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />Trapper continues to backfill the Ash Dump pit with coal fly ash from the Craig Station powerplant. No problems <br />were notes. <br /> <br />ROADS Rule 4.03; Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The haul roads were graded and maintained. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Re-vegetated reclamation parcels were snow covered. <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> <br />510 <br />Page of <br /> <br /> <br />
