Issues arisina from revisions submitted and approved during the TR -91 review
period:
20. DRMS: MR -162 revised the disturbed area boundary between Topsoil Stockpiles
D and E. Please revise the disturbed area boundary on Maps 18, 26, and 32 to be
consistent with the boundary approved under MR -162.
BRL: Maps 18, 26 and 32 have been revised to reflect the disturbed area boundary
approved with MR -162.
21. DRMS: TR -93 was approved to create the East Refuse Drying Area in the
location of the former West Coverfill Stockpile. Please update Maps 15 -3, 20, 21 -1,
21 -3, and 32 to remove the designation of the "West Coverfill Footprint" that has
been approved as the East Drying Area of Gob Pile #3, remove the "Topsoil
Stockpile F1" designation, and label the remaining Topsoil Stockpile as "F" so
that the maps are consistent with the diagram presented on page 4b of Volume XI
of the permit application package.
BRL: Please see revised Maps 15 -3, 20, 21 -3 and 32.
Additional Items:
Page Volume XI, App. B -6311 has been revised to include an evaluation of a 'Smart
Ditch' type liner.
A description of the wash plant material storage area sheds have been added to the
permit starting on page 2.05 -15. Pages 2.05 -15 & 16 have been updated. SAE #1 as
described on Maps 20 & 21 have been revised and a new design prepared to
encompass the larger disturbed area. Please see revised page Exh. 8 -189.
Maps 1, 2, 3, 4, 04A, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8A, 10 -A & 10 -13, 12, 13, 14 -13, 15 -1, 20, 21 -1, 23, 23A,
25, 26, 27, 27 -B, and 32 have been revised to encompass the revised permit boundary
and disturbed area boundary.
Map -01 has been revised to change property ownership from Turkey Track Ranch to
Bowie Resources, LLC. Page 2.03 -6 has been updated to reflect the change. In the
permit, structures will still be referred to as "Turkey Track cabins" etc..
During the first week in October, three of the four planned vibrating wire piezometers
were installed at gob pile #3. Figure 1 and Volume XI page 11 have been revised to
reflect the on the ground configuration.
