I <br />made other revisions to this map as discussed below and felt it is easier to do one map <br />instead of two. <br />3) The mining plan states that mining slopes near adjacent structures will not exceed 3H: IV during <br />►pining; however, the mining plan map C -I shows slopes adjacent to 88th Avenue steeper than 3H:1 V. If <br />this is incorrect please re- submit mining plan map C -1. If mining plan map C -1 correctly depicts the <br />proposed slopes near 88th Avenue, please elaborate on how mining slopes will be shaped during mining. <br />After reviewing your comment we found this description was not accurate it should have read <br />1 H:1 V or steeper as show on the Mining Plan Map. Upon doing the Geotechnical Analysis <br />for the Dry mining area in Phase 2 and reviewing the mining plan we chose to make a minor <br />revision to the proposed Mining Plan to add a 25 foot wide safety setback along the mine <br />
