As noted in their previous inspections, due to the massive rainfall, much <br />of the bottom section that parallels the Munger Creek has been covered by silt. At the time of this inspection, it <br />appears much of the silt has been eroded off naturally from other precipitation events and previously covered <br />vegetation is starting to reemerge and reestablish itself. <br />Access road. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil just east of the sediment pond was being used to backfill the sediment pond.
