All of the pond inlets were observed <br />and they were clear and functional. The primary spillway was clear and functional. <br /> <br />The dugout pond was dry. The pond slopes are vegetated and stable. The inlets into the pond were clear and <br />functional. <br /> <br />The north perimeter ditch was clear and functional. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />CEC mowed the revegetated parcels. They appeared stable. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02: <br />The mine identification sign indicates the permit number is C-81-028. It needs to be updated to read the full <br />permit number; C-1981-028. <br /> <br />Permit boundary markers were in place. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Mr. Kipp has spread an additional layer of topsoil at the south end of B-Pit in reclamation parcel 32. <br /> <br />Area 33 is ready for topsoil replacement. <br /> <br />Topsoil stockpiles A-1, B-1 and A-3 were observed. Each of these piles are vegetated and stable. Mr. Kipp has <br />been utilizing topsoil from stockpile A-1 for reclamation.
