Schlosser Inc. <br /> Regular 112 Permit Application <br /> Schlosser Pit 1 <br /> EXHIBIT H - WIDLIFE INFORMATION <br /> (1) (a) Description of the significant wildlife resources in the area; <br /> There are no significant wildlife resources in the area. <br /> (b) Seasonal use of the area; <br /> Wildlife species list in the area include Prairie Dog, Cottontail Rabbit, Jackrabbit, raptors, <br /> ground squirrels and reptiles. <br /> (c) The presence and estimated population of threatened or endangered species; <br /> There are no known endangered or threatened species in the proposed area. <br /> (d) A description of the general affect during and after operation on existing wildlife of the <br /> area; <br /> Disturbance t short grass habitat is likely from the proposed mining operations. How <br /> ever, the overall impact to wildlife species is minimal to none. <br /> (2) The Application may be reviewed/commented on by the Division of Wildlife <br /> It is understood that the Division of Wildlife may wish to review and comment on this particu- <br /> lar area prior to the end of the public comment period. <br /> H -- 1 <br />
