It is indicative of the Plains <br /> landscape at elevations between 3000 and 6000 feet.The mean annual precipitation is <br /> approximately 11-14 inches. An existing 110 Mining Operation consisting of 9.9 acres is located <br /> with-in the proposed 112 Mining Operation.The areas currently disturbed by the 110 Mining <br /> Operation shall be incorporated into the proposed112 Mining Operation Affected Area. Please <br /> see the attached Soils Inventory Report: <br /> (d)The total area involved in the operation including the area to be mined is expected to be 19 <br /> acres M/L. <br /> (e)The existing vegetation on the proposed site is minimal and includes salt grass,cactus,and <br /> prairie grass.
