These are visible and in good condition. <br />The permit identification sign is in agreement with the contact information in the HGLO permit (Tab 03). <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil stockpiles remain intact along the TAHR. These piles are well vegetated and have few if any <br />noxious weeds. Topsoil stockpile A footprint at the HGLO facilities area has an area that remains bare of the <br />perennial reclamation species and has an infestation of Canada thistle. The area of concern is on the northwest <br />quadrant of the topsoil stockpile footprint.
