Knapweed was observed on this pile and will need to be <br />monitored and treated in the future. <br />Maintenance Items: <br />1. Clear the brush from the emergency spillways of the sediment control impoundments in accordance with <br />Rule 4.05.9(2) and Rule 4.05.9(11). <br />2. Remove the brush that has grown around the dewatering devices of the sediment control impoundments in <br />accordance with Rule 4.05.9(2) and Rule 4.05.9(11). <br />3. Replace culvert 63 or clean the culvert out in accordance with Rules 4.03.1(4) and 4.03.2(4). <br />4. Correct all of the mine identification signs to read the accurate permit number in full (C- 1981 -044) in <br />accordance with Rule 4.02.2(2). <br />5.
