§4.03 Roads <br />(f) Haul road reclamation <br />(i) The haul roads will be reclaimed. <br />(ii) Not applicable. <br />(2) Location. <br />(a) The haul roads are located on the most stable available slopes to <br />minimize erosion using accepted engineering practices. <br />(b) No parts of the haul roads are located in the channel of an ephemeral <br />stream draining more than one square mile, or the channels of <br />intermittent perennial streams. <br />(c) No fords were used in the construction of the haul roads. All drainage <br />structures for haul roads are culverts. <br />(d) The haul roads are located to minimize downstream sedimentation and <br />flooding. All road cuts and fills required for the construction of these <br />haul roads are re-vegetated. <br />(e) No diversion of stream channels were required for construction of the <br />haul roads. <br />(3) Design and Construction <br />(a) Vertical alignment. <br />(i) No portions of the haul roads have grades that exceed 10 <br />percent. <br />(b) The train loadout haul roads have horizontal alignment consistent with <br />exiting topography and accepted engineering practices. <br />I~ <br />TR-20 <br />4.03 - 2 <br />3(01 <br />
