§4.03 Roads <br />(7) Reclamation. <br />(a) Activities. <br />(i) The haul roads shall be closed to vehicular traffic. <br />(ii) The natural drainage patterns where cross drainages intersect <br />the roads will be restored. <br />(iii) The culvert that passes under the train loadout haul road shall <br />be removed. <br />(iv) The haul roads will be ripped and scarified. <br />(v) Fill slopes shall be rounded or reduced and shaped to meet the <br />natural drainage restoration standards. <br />(vi) Any excess material from the fill slopes of the train loadout haul <br />road will be relocated to the silo areas and shaped to blend <br />with the surrounding contour or utilized as necessary in the <br />reclamation and regrading of other facility benches in the train <br />loadout area. <br />(vii) Terraces in cut and fill slopes are not anticipated to be <br />necessary. <br />(viii) Topsoil is unavailable for redistribution as none was salvaged <br />from these areas. The re-graded area will be re-vegetated in <br />accordance with Rule 4.15. <br />(ix) Asphalt road surfaces will be removed of and disposed of in <br />appropriate disposal facilities or disposal areas approved of by <br />the Division. <br />TR-20 4.03 - 9 3/01 <br />
