§2.04 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING <br />ACTIVITIES -- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR INFORMATION ON <br />ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES. <br />bedrock aquifer is present beneath the alluvial <br />sediments. <br />(iii) The quality of the water contained within the alluvium is <br />presented in the baseline information included in the <br />Exhibit 3 of this volume, specifically reference alluvial <br />wells MW-1, MW-2, and MW-3. <br />(iv) The operator owns the only known water right to <br />ground water within the loadout and stockpile area. <br />This right, known as the Train Loadout Well No. 1 is <br />located near the train loadout.
